From April 20-30, 2015, leaders from Community Health Centres in Canada and the United States participated in the latest international exchange program occurring under the auspices of the IFCHC.
The tour was coordinated by the Canadian Association of Community Health Centres in collaboration with the Victorian Healthcare Association / Community Health Australia and US National Association of Community Health Centers.
